Fill in all details for the skater and sevent using the form below.

For each Element in the routine:

Enter the start time in mins and secs and select the code.

(Optional) notes may be added in the notes field to assist the tech panel.

All times are relative to first movement of the skater, not the start of music.

Once the form is completed, check that all codes and times are correct.

Order of selements must be correct to avoid penalties.

Save form to a file using the 'Download as PDF' Button. Do not print from browser.

The save location is typically your browser's default 'Downloads' Folder.

If required, the PDF can then be renamed according to competition requirements.

The correctly named PDF can then be provided to the competition sevent Manager.
